Soul Shack Clothing's order form requires customers to provide certain personal information when they purchase a product from us. We collect a customers' contact information like name, email address, phone number, mailing and billing address, and financial information like credit card numbers in order to process orders. We will use your email address as the primary form of contact for notifying you of your order status. However, certain situations may be better communicated via a personal phone call such as a delay in your order shipment.

Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. When we collect sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number on our order form), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We have teamed with industry leaders in e-commerce and online payment processing (PayPal's WebSite Payments Pro) to provide our customers a safe shopping environment. Credit Card information is kept at Paypal and is not stored at Soul Shack Clothing.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Personal Information Sharing and Disclosure
We use a shopping cart web host provider for soulshackclothing.com, a credit card processing company to bill for goods and services, several outside shipping companies to ship orders, and an email service provider for email services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes including their own marketing.

Contests & Surveys
From time-to-time we may also provide you the opportunity to participate in anonymous surveys on our site. The requested information typically includes demographic information such as age, gender, and zip code. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. We use this information to help provide a better shopping experience.

Tell a Friend
Each product detail page has a "Tell a Friend" link. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, a new message opens using your email editor that contains a link to our products page. Soul Shack Clothing does not store information you add to the message.

Testimonials
We post testimonials and customer photos on our Testimonials page. We receive permission to post both the testimonial and the photos prior to uploading them to soulshackclothing.com. We occasionally send information on products, services, special deals, and promotions to newsletter subscribers via email. Soul Shack Clothing does not spam our email newsletter subscribers.
